GPMS (Green Product Manufacturing System)

In Aug of 2006, we have completed the factory audit of Green Product Management System (GPMS) and obtained the certificate from laboratory SGS. GPMS is a management system which line up all departments of our factory, from raw materials purchasing, product development, mass production and packing through every step of manufacturing. The new system ensures that we have thorough and up-to-date information on all the materials and components we are using, enable us to spot potential non-RoHS materials using in production immediately and enhance the efficiency and accuracy of our manufacture.

Minwa invested a lot to upgrade our production facilities and the raw materials used in the production cycle. We have employed the Lead-free soldering technique on production. We currently brought a XRF (X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometer) using in Quality Control process. We practice random checking of our products by using this machine before delivery, which is for keeping our promise that our products are complied with both RoHS & WEEE directives.
